I'm not a big believer in saying don't do this or that, however, I feel laying down certain rules will help the community grow in a safe, productive and effective way, so please follow the forum rules and etiquette. Anyone disregarding the rules of conduct will be disciplined and/or removed from the forum depending on the severity of the issue.
The purpose of this forum is for Traceurs of Southend and Essex to communicate and discuss Parkour and movement, and to help develop understanding of the discipline through practice. This forum and the contents of the forum may not always be 100% accurate and I / "Southend Parkour" take NO responsibility for injury, loss or harm for anything that may happen using advice from this forum. You use the forum and the information within the forum at your own risk, although all efforts will be taken to minimize any problems that may arise.
1. Bullying, name-calling, or abuse of any way, shape or forum will not be tolerated.
2. Please type in English and with appropriate punctuation. (No 'TXT' Talk)
3. Please do not give advice if you do not KNOW the topic in which is being discussed, leave explanations to people who CAN explain from their trainings and experience.
4. Before posting, please make sure it is in the correct TOPIC, and search all pages of a forum to avoid duplicate topics.
5. When out practicing, stay in PUBLIC areas, we do not condone trespassing, unlawful or inconsiderate behaviour. Treat the environment with the utmost respect, this include the internet environment. Use your common sense.
6. When in discussion on the forums, please justify your opinion with reasons and evidence for and against ideals, we cannot learn without this.
