New idea.

Postby BradMoss on Tue Oct 20, 2009 2:13 pm

I'm thinking to add some exercises that you may or may not be familiar with for you to play with the month, then we change them up the next month, to broaden your knowledge of exercises and how to work your body. Means we don't have to do this every week as well.

It would be good still to do a given number/ sets and reps of exercises week by week and see if they've improved given areas.

So yeah.

Any thoughts?

That's a good idea. If it's monthly, we can have a greater range and variety of exercises which people can suggest, to work on things we feel need work on, personally and as a community.
